Stacy Bradford specializes in residential home sales in Palm Beach County, Florida. Not only has Stacy received the Commitment To Excellence Endorsement (C2EX) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) given to only about 2600 of the 195,000 REALTORS in Florida, she is also a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)  designated by NAR and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) as certified by MTI Education. 

A lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, she currently lives in Boca Raton with particular expertise in the Boca Isles neighborhoods, Saturnia, The Oaks, the Mission Bay communities, and other homes for sale in west Boca Raton. 

Before starting her career as a real estate agent, Stacy worked in private banking on the exclusive island of Palm Beach for many years until she chose to pursue a career building and running multiple, successful technology start-ups. Her experience from those two very different environments allowed her to develop a wide and varied set of skills along with a keen attention to detail that ensures she will take the time to understand and prioritize your needs to deliver you superior service and remarkable results.

Nicole Miller is a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney and Shareholder at Kobren Law. Nicole is committed to advocating for those injured due to others’ wrongdoing. Her family law work includes international child abductions, international custody cases, complex jurisdictional issues, divorce, alimony, property division, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, relocation, child custody and visitation, parental responsibility, child support, contempt and enforcement, domestic violence, and paternity. Ms. Nieto also handles uncontested divorces, complex contested divorces, modifications, domestication of foreign decrees, and emergency motions.

In her collaborative practice, she works to achieve voluntary dispute resolution in all family law matters. Ms. Nieto is a founding member of the Delray Chapter for the National Association of Divorce Professionals.

She was born and raised in South Florida where she received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Nieto served as Victim’s Advocate with the Family Violence section of the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office. Ms. Nieto held the position of Lead Article Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and was also a coach and advocate for the International Law Moot Court Team, Jessup, where she participated in oral advocacy debates for two consecutive years in New Orleans.

Ms. Nieto is committed to making the legal process one that focuses on supporting families through transitions and crises to help make the family relationship stronger, rather than destroying it with prolonged legal battles. Ms. Nieto places a strong emphasis on community involvement and is a committee member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and is a member of the South Palm Beach Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
