Prior to attending law school, Ms. Nieto served as Victim’s Advocate with the Family Violence section of the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office. Ms. Nieto held the position of Lead Article Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and was also a coach and advocate for the International Law Moot Court Team, Jessup, where she participated in oral advocacy debates for two consecutive years in New Orleans.
Ms. Nieto is committed to making the legal process one that focuses on supporting families through transitions and crises to help make the family relationship stronger, rather than destroying it with prolonged legal battles.
